BOOK WITH ARIK!!!We love to travel. We try to take 1-2 big trips/year and be a few small trips a year. I used to do everything myself, and I would stress over every detail. Finding Arik has been a dream! We have used him for travel to Thailand, the Philippines, Mexico and Australia. There have been times where entire flights are cancelled and somehow, our names get called (magically) to get on a new flight. All because of Arik. Transportation is always handled for us, which is such a blessing. The car pulls right up to the airport, takes you straight to the hotel, then arrives back on the day you leave to take you to the airport. No guess work, just pure luxury. He is so good at his profession, and I'll use him forever! So, thank you Arik, for making our travel wonderful!

I've been using Executive Travel for almost 20 years! When you think of concierge service, Arik is not only the expectation but surpasses that. Him and his team are there for you every step of the way from making sure all flights are on time to confirming all transfers and hotels are exactly what you pay for. He is also the best for any last minute travel. Just recently, as in this week... I needed to do a quick, VERY last minute trip to meet my international fiancé in Costa Rica. (Him coming from Europe and me from the states) It's the holidays, I have a specific budget and he made it all happen! I seriously could not find a better person and company for all my travel needs.

I dreamed of traveling to France, then Spain to walk the Camino de Santiago (the French Way) for over 6 years. When I finally decided that this year was the best time to go, I was about three weeks away from the target date. I called Arik and he immediately started to work on our plans. You have to understand that this required 44 nights of accommodations, coordinated by a. my estimate of how far I could walk each day; b. the type and rating of accommodation acceptable to me; and c. whether or not those accommodations were actually available throughout the cities, towns, and villages I would be walking through. Somehow, he and his staff managed my trip with patience, great communication, support, and finesse. The accommodations were exactly what I wanted. There was one miscommunication that was handled immediately without much inconvenience. I have said it before, and I'll say it again, for a smooth, carefree trip punctuated by personal and expert service, trust Executive Travel Center. They do not disappoint.

ALOHA and MAHALO to Arik 'The Only Travel Group' that I would recommend to manage your booking and travel to Hawaii. Took my 18 year old grandson for the first time on a vacation and it was the best experience he says he's had. Surf lesson, luau, and island tour all with Arik's recommendations and hard work and with every little detail handled. (Travel from and to home base was also included.) I have been to Hawaii a few times myself and I have never had a travel agency/agent handle every detail without a hitch or for that matter in such detail. Thank you again Arik for making it a memorable vacation and from all of us to all of you we'll be back.

Arik runs a excellent company that looks out for what's best for customers needs when planning a trip and with his travel experiences knows a great deal about destinations, couldn't believe how smooth things went on my Hawaiian vacation (best ever) will use his company for future travel plans, Thanks again Arik and crew!!

Update 8/16/17 -Please note that I am understanding of the non-refundable deposit. That was made clear to me when we purchased the ticket. It was the lack of communication initially in between those times where I got frustrated.Since returning to my trip I've been meaning to update my Yelp review. After explaining my frustrations to Arik he assured me that we'd be taken care of from there and was very much attentive to our groups requests. He was able to upgrade my room to a room with a jacuzzi. One thing however was that they did say we'd all be on the same floor but it ended up not working out the way. Our rooms were on 2 separate floors which was a bummer but we made it work. Can't dwell on things you can't control.Arik's contacts were very accommodating and made sure we were picked up from the airport as well as arrangements were made when returning to the airport going home, too. One thing that I really appreciated was the fact that I knew Arik would be available 24/7 in case of an emergency. I explained to Arik how we (being a big group of girls) had some fears of going to Mexico and this gave us peace of mind.As far as the hotel goes - that's a different story. The hotel was so so, and the food was not the greatest but this was the resort that was within the girls' budget so we made it work. ----PREVIOUS REVIEW:My experience with this travel center has just been mediocre. Arik is very personable, however I feel like overall response time with them has been very slow. When receiving a response it takes at least a week (at minimum) for them to get back to me. And even then I have to follow up on my own to receive any updates. I feel like they should be more proactive with their customers on status, etc. Additionally I had to change one of my passengers last minute and therefore had to pay additional fees to change the name to the room reservation (wow) and also deposit towards the flight went out the window (understandable because this is the airline's policy). So when it came down to the new passenger to book their flight (which was going to be way more expensive since they were booking at a later date), I had to ask if there were any other flight options. I feel like they should have been more proactive in doing this. Why do I need to ask? As a traveler, you'd want to know all of your options.Lastly, when I asked for the late passengers itinerary (2 weeks prior to our trip), Renee claimed to have sent it to him already and prior to us hanging up the phone, I asked if she ever had his email and then come to find out SHE DID NOT -- so please tell me why would you claim to send something when you don't even have their information. I asked if she can send it to my email instead and she said she would do it that day. The next day, still have not received the itinerary so I emailed Arik. 2nd day, I have not heard back so I call again, and it sounds like she forgot.I am going to cross my fingers that my trip goes well. But overall I wish they were more responsive and feel customer service can be better/improved.

Arik and company are hands down the best. They got me the best deal, the best rooms on the best floor. Communication was awesome and every detail attended to professionally. Even checked in for me with Southwest Airlines so we had a good boarding spot. It's great to have such a great travel agency taking care of the details. When the resort tried to add a fee for our connecting rooms, I texted Arik. Before I could put my phone down, the man at the desk apologized, and said there would be no fee. Arik touched bases during our travel and stay to make sure everything was great, and it was. I will always look to Arik and staff for all my travel needs, and I recommend them highly.

Arik Anderson at Executive Travel never, ever leaves me hanging...even when he's on minimal sleep. You want a travel agent & agency who has your back? Executive Travel is where it's at. Despite my flight having to take a crazy alternative flight path around storms and completely missing any chance of making my connecting flight, I'll still get home within an hour and a half of when I was originally supposed to. I have tried, but would never again leave my wellbeing while traveling in any other hands but Arik's at Executive Travel.

We have been working with Executive Travel for our family vacations for years. Arik and his staff always over deliver! Our vacations are excellent and the service and amenities we receive are outstanding. You can't get anything like that on Expedia or Orbitz.
