If your next vacation destination is going to be in Colombia, then you’re in for a treat. However, the hardest part is choosing where to go, as there are so many great options: Bogota, Bucaramanga, Santa Marta, and so much more. Medellin
Medellin is a big city, with about 4 million inhabitants. This means that you get all of the benefits of a big city, which includes diversity. The great thing about Medellin is that although it’s a big city, it’s also surrounded by the mountains. This means one day you can go downtown, the next day you can go on a hike, and that night you can enjoy the nightlife. San Andres
San Andres is a very small island located in the Caribbean. In fact, it’s only 7.8 miles in length and 1.9 miles in width. For that reason, it’s very different from a big city, but it’s a great place to relax. When you’re here, you’ll likely spend the day at the beach scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, or just drinking a coco loco. Since this is an island, you can expect to not only eat traditional food, but a lot of fresh seafood as well. Not only are the resorts beautiful, but the islanders are super friendly.
